My Akita loves his bone! The bone is a great size (large) and is larger than the photo makes it look. It is not messy, but has little bits of dried, I don't know, meaty stuff on the outside and nice marrow on the inside. My dog chews this a little each day, but not for hours at a time, so I know this is going to last him a very long time. Great purchase!
