Unfortunately I ordered the medium and I have no clue why unless that was all that was available. In any case, it was entirely too large for my 20 lb. guy so I had to take the chew apart and hammer each disk into two pieces. My dog LOVED this product!!! This is by far her favorite chew that I have ever gotten her. It occupied her completely until it was gone. I wish it were less expensive, but with the way she enjoyed it, I will be buying more. Even when she had finished all the potato pieces she continued to chew on the rope because of the left over sweet potato smell! :)
