Our dogs absolutely love these. As described, the bones are much meatier then a lot of others and the younger dog can't get enough (she is a major gnawer--part beaver is my guess--and we do monitor her enjoyment of them). It is also good to know that the product is coming from the U.S.A. and not another country that doesn't have quality controls and might send over product full of toxins and/or bacteria. We will definitely continue to buy these.

I have bought cow knuckle bones before for my Great Dane and they have been great! They lasted for a long time and held up well to my Dane's constant chewing. When I read about these bison bones I was really excited since they weren't smoked and came from free range Bison. My dog loved it right away, but I noticed he was able to break off little fragments of the bone. Within a few hours he had gnawed away 2/3rds of the knuckle and left little bone fragments all over my floor and couch. It was crumbling away and made me a little nervous. I threw the remaining part away. I will probably not order from this supplier again and go back to the cow knuckle bones.

It's not quite as big as I expected. I also thought that I was getting 4 bones, but read clearly, it's 1 of 4 bones.

I will say that my dog really enjoyed it.

Do you think any one would notice if I used this to make some soup. My little spoiled pomeranian enjoyed every minute of her time spent working on it-I really believe she is a small dinosaur that escaped the meteor that destroyed the others.
