For years I've been feeding an unsocialized cat who won't let me touch him. Recently he started looking pretty bad so I figured it was time for some parasite treatments. Panacur treats for round, hook, tape and some other worms as well as some other intestinal parasites, is inexpensive compared to the alternatives and can be purchased over the counter. This is also what some of the vets have used for treating rescued cats and kittens.
I purchased the larger size and divided each pack into two doses, using an oral syringe to measure the doses, to save money even further. I reconstitued it with water and mixed it with his food and he gobbled it up. It's a 3 day treatment and very easy to use, and kitty is looking like he feels better already. Of course he gets top notch food and supplements as well. I'm also treating him for fleas with Capstar, which I also mix into his food since I can't get near enough to apply a topical.

Our puppy had giardia and this was prescribed by his vet.Problem is, the vet wanted $27 to treat the dog. I knew I had seen this product on Amazon and I opted to buy it myself and treat my dog myself.

Treatment is one full packet per your dog's weight so buy the correct dose for your dog. If you need to weigh your dog, go old school by weighing yourself with dog in hand, record weight, then weigh yourself again without dog in hand. The difference between the two eights is the dog's weight.
Treatment was easy. I mixed this product in with some cottage cheese and his normal food. Puppy ate it all up.
Treatment was complete in three days, no major side affects sans some looser stools from puppy.
Had him retested two weeks later and all is clear. Definitely would buy again if needed. Saved time and plenty of money getting educated and taking care of business myself.

this product was two big for just one dog. i actually split the medication for two dogs and it was delivered on time.
