I trust only items that are made in the USA. I believe they tend to be safer than those made abroad. My one dog has gotten extremely sick from eating some treats that were made overseas, but never from those made in the USA. Best of all, my dogs love the treats. I have been buying these chicken treats and a few others from Smokehouse for years. I have a small dog with a very small mouth and even smaller teeth. She is a Japanese Chin and she loves these treats. They are the right size for her and she can chew them with ease. Many other treats were just too big or too hard for her to do anything with. These are perfect and I can't find them anywhere in the pet or local stores here. I always order more from Amazon when her supply gets low. I order two bags at a time in order to receive the free shipping. They are in a sealed bag and stay fresh. Why pay shipping when you don't have to? My dog and I are VERY happy with this item. I even bought 'duck treats' accidentally once, and she loved them too. And the fact that they are made in USA makes them even better.

I'm a first time buyer and my worst mistake I ever make. My dogs just hound me to death for these treats.They just love them so much. So they have me wrapped around those paws and I give them more than they should have. Very good treat. They made me buy more.

I refuse to purchase any product "made in China" or even "Made in China, and inspected in the USA". Needless to say, this is not easy. After trying several treats, healthy being the second most important issue, and one that she would eat, (I gave several away)

I found this. I LOVE THEM!! SHE LOVES THEM!! I add 5-6 pieces to her 2 meals a day and she is so healthy, my VET LOVES THEM!!
