These are not truely made in the USA. The meat comes from china, then shipped to the USA and produced into the treats we buy. read the recent article about MILO's products. I've been using various MILO products but will not be going forward. I feel like i was scammed, and my dog is paying for it

My dog and every dog I've given this to loves this treat. It smells so good I've had to tell friends they were dog treats and not beef jerky. My fault. I keep them in a jar to keep em fresh. Keep them away from your human friends if they don't know what this is. Well ... OK ... maybe 2 small details.

The real detail you should know is that Milo is one of the companies that had the problem in 2012 and 2013 again with the tainted treats (chicken jerky and grillers) from the land across the ocean to the west. You know ... one of the brands some pet owners are suing. I'm not one of them and I never stopped giving my dog this, the chicken jerky, and the chicken grillers. Maybe I was stupid for taking the chance but I always got the big bag and they last forever with a 4 lb. dog and never had any problems. To be honest I don't even know if Milo even had any problems but their name was brought up at the time.

My dog loves this the best, then chicken grillers, and then chicken jerky although she won't be getting the chicken jerky or grillers again due to the problems with the products from China. I have never had a problem with the Milo brand of all 3 items I refer to and that I've given my dog these for the last 4 years. My 4 lb dog would have been a goner, and real quick, if these treats were harmful but I'm no longer taking a chance with chicken treats.

Update 2/2/13 There are still problems with chicken products from China. Look for a REPUTABLE, USA manufactured brand. Make sure you read the 1 star reviews to make sure its USA made and not sketchy.

I avoid Made In China snacks for my beloved Lucky, but most (not all) of the Milo's Kitchen snacks are Made In The USA. This is one of them. Flavorful, chewy one of his favorite "get in the crate" enticements! Thanks Milo!

My dogs do not like all treats but they like these and they are healthier than most treats. My dog with heart problems needs low salt things and these qualify.

These are the hands down favorite of my dog and he's a very picky mutt. My impression of Milo's is that they're generally less processed than some of the other big pet food companies. But do your own research to confirm.
