Actually, I have an Amazon parrot who loves canary seed. He's hooked on KayTee Forti Diet Canary, in addition to his regular parrot foods. I like the fact that this food is fortified so he's not eating the psittascine equivalent of junk food. This is probably not the best review to go by if you are looking for food for a canary, but it's what I've got to work with.

My canary is approx 10 yrs old and going strong.... He loves the Kaytee Forti Diet. It's a nice blend of nutrition. Although, per pound, I thought it was a little pricey. The bag is smaller than I expected.
