Same item found in the pet stores but in bigger packaging. Even with the shipping, which is a lot because of the weight of the item, it still saves me a lot of money. This has only the pellets. This doesn't have different items in it that they can cherry pick and take only what they want.

Update Sept. 2010: Now they're delivering the ones with the little orange things in them. I guess they don't make the plain ones anymore.

It must be a good deal because it's clearly a cheap product since my chinchillas won't eat it. It has literally been weeks and I figured it just would take some getting used to but nope. They still won't eat it so I'm going to have to buy something else. I won't be buying this brand again myself only because my chins won't eat it but maybe yours will like it.
