I bought this toy for our miniature poodles, from another vendor. Within minutes they had one corner of the plush bone chewed open, and were pulling the stuffing out -the squeaker wasn't far behind, and not secured in any way to prevent choking or swallowing. I put it up, preventing free access play, to reserve for supervised tug play. Before giving it back to the dogs, I wanted to make sure all the stuffing material and anything else harmful was removed from the inside. I was dismayed to find that the rope does not go all the way through the toy! How much can they be saving on two inches of rope?! I would gladly have paid a little extra for a safe, good quality toy! Altogether the dogs had played with it less than 15 minutes before it was useless, in pieces. That's a lot of money to spend on garbage. I will never purchase anything made by this company again -I've given enough of my hard-earned cash to these cheapskates.my dog loved this toy, but he pulled both rope ends off in a few minutes. I sewed the ends up and he still enjoys the squeaky boneGot this today, looked nice with the plush bone, rope, and of course the squeaker. Didn't last 10 minutes before my 6 month old puppy ripped a hole in the bone. Unfortunately a waste of money.
