I have a cocker spanniel and I love these product. We use is every other day and he doesnt seem to mind. The "stuff" that I got from the vet used to cost me $$ and I would have to chase him down. I imagine it burned? He will now come over and lay down in front of me and let me baby him.

I saw improvements within the first day after using this product on my boston terrier. His ears stick straight up and he is prone to infections and allergies. His litter-mate brother's ears are perfect-so he's just a sensitive dog. I tried the zymox that got great amazon reviews--tried it for weeks and saw no improvement. Zymox made him worse I believe.
