Neither one of my dogs 1 mixed Wheaton Havenese and a waterbaby mix lab/unsure.I've tried to get them on numerous occassions to try these, they sniff them, and refuse to touch them otherwise. Obviously, just like people, some dogs just don't like cookies, so that's really not anything to do with these cookies specifically. Just thought I'd share my experience. Other then my dogs won't eat them, they smell wonderful, they came well packaged, and very quickly.
UPDATE: After withholding meat treats from them for 1 week, and only offering this as a substiute, they actually started eating them. I find that I do have to get them excited about getting a "cookie" but they actually will eat them now, though it's not their first choice!
