I appreciate the service and quality of the company and theGourmet Organic Biscuits Carrot Crunch product.We had just found out that our 15 year old standard poodle had terminal cancer. The local chain pet store were insensitive about calling us back to answer our question about if they even had the product. Three people gave me three different answers. The 800 national number didn't listen to me because all they did was connect me to the same store where I wasn't getting any assistance.
Dealing with the emotions of a dying dog shouldn't include people "in the field" providing poor customer service.
I so appreciate Amazon and the ability to find what I need and receive excellent customer service. This company was courteous, prompt and sent a fresh, quality product.
