My wife originally purchased this not knowing it was lung that is apparently dried and sliced up. She read the fillet part and at first thought it was just a meat product. Well it is a meat product it's just lung instead of other animal parts. And it's our dogs favorite treat, Our older dog begs like crazy for this stuff.
