I'm afraid to calculate the cost per ounce! Our dog & cat can't get enough of this stuff, but we have to limit this delicacy. I'm thinking of buying a freeze dryer and working out a deal for turkey hearts from the local butcher shop. It has to be more economical. In the meantime, maybe we'll win the lottery. Enjoy!

My cat, who is not a bit discriminating when it comes to food, smelled these and walked away. I thought, okay, I'll feed it to the feral cats outside. They didn't touch it either. Maybe I got a bad bag, but these were a complete waste.

I purchased this item after seeing it on a show that said any cat would love them. My cats sniffed them but were not really interested at all. I then gave them to my sister's cats and they had the same reaction. They are also quite large. Will try my brother's dogs.

Our pup is in training but she's not very food motivated, so we're always looking for something she'll really work for. This is one of the few winners. We use a pair of dedicated scissors to cut the hearts into small-dog treats, which then go into snack-sized re-sealable plastic bags. They really get her attention in class! We do end up with a lot of powdered heart at the bottom of the bag, but I use that to enhance her routine meals. Thanks, Bravo.
