My cat pleads for this flavored hairball stuff a lot. When I first introduced her to it she was like a junkie. I looked for a

support group for myself, but couldn't find one. So, with tough love, I cut her back to every 10 or 12 hours, but it wasn't easy.

Sometime she wakes me at 3 a.m. meowing and carrying on, so I finally get up and give her a little so she will be Quiet.

The catnip-flavored Laxatone hairball remedy seems to be an acceptable flavor to my cats and works just fine in getting hairballs to move through their systems. The only downside is that I have to keep it refrigerated so that it will be a consistency I can work with if I want to put it directly in their mouths instead of goobering it on their paws to lick off. It's very liquidy and runs right off my finger. That's a problem with my cats because I can't let them see the tube as I'm approaching them or they'll run away. So, when I put some on my finger and leave the tube behind, it's tough to walk even 30 feet to get to the cat without the Laxatone dripping off of my finger. That said, however, the flavor does seem to appeal to them and it does help eliminate the hairballs. I'll buy it again--just keep it chilled.

Yes...Hairballs will be a thing of the past with this product..

We have three very smart/beautiful/sweet adult domesticated pet fox who shares our home with us. Fox shed their coat due to natures timing acccordingly due to the type of sunlight entering their eyes and of course the temperature of their enviornment.

Our fox sheds twice a year and ohhh they MUST have this hairball remover during those sheds as like cats, fox do get hairballs.

NOT too much though because this stuff acts as a potent laxitive as well, that why I gave it 4 stars instead of five because that factoid is not stated strongly enough in the dosage directions.
