I bought this coat for our dog Lucy. I try to match the sizes offered with her dimensions but somehow the coat was too short for her. The coat is well finished and looks great.

Requested a return . I received the information for the return and to my surprise, it was different than others returns to Amazon. I was supposed to package the return in a box ( it at come in a plastic envelope) and pay for the return. I did and the cost charged by UPS for the return was $12.78. The cost of the coat was $14.00. And I don't know at this time what the return amount will be.

SURPRISE? YES.This soap opera will continue when the return arrives.How this happens in AMAZON? Probably it pass their quality control. I hope. And, the saga continues. Before getting the return instructions I had ordered a larger size of the same coat. Keep connected.

I opened the package and was blown away by the quality of this reversible winter puffy ski coat. I have a maltese shitzu and because it is winter time, I don't take her to the pet spa as often because it is to cold. Since she has some hair on her body, the medium fits her perfectly. I love the fact the puffy ski coat has velcro closing on the bottom and reversible. Will purchase from this webiste again. Thanks.

This Coat is way too cute, just as described i have a S/M dog a jack russell about 17 pounds I got him the medium size, it fit him perfectly, quick shipment too, faster than whats the estimate. over all I am very Satisfied so is my Dog :)

This jacket is awesome! The small wouldn't fit a tiny dog like a Yorkie. My dog is a mini Dachshund 9 lbs and it fits great on her. I love the reversible aspect. The solid side is a more soft fabric and the plaid side is like a windbreaker like fabric. It has a nice button to attach the hood back so it doesn't get in your dogs way. All in all a great product!
