We have a 100 lbs. Chocolate Lab and I wasn't sure the Cross Slider would hold up to his strength, but it did. Our lab loves playing with this toy. He has to figure out how to get the ball out of the tubes. The only part I didn't like was the ball, we put treats inside of it and couldn't get them out.

I have several different puzzle type games for my two cocker spaniels. They all require treats to motivate the dog. Our male is 8 y/o and loves balls. Instead of using treats in this, I use the small babble balls. He loves those things because they are motion activated and they "talk" to him, and that motivates him to work the puzzle to get the ball out.

I purchased this item for my 6 month old (57 pound) German Shepherd. Once she started playing with the toy, the doors on the other three sides broke. Would not recommend item.
